I have been catching up with many friends recently and enjoy food like salad, sashimi, and etc. The feeling to eat without restriction is simply marvellous. However, some of the food no longer taste the same as before because my taste bud is different now. I’m more sensitive to sour and spicy food but that did not stop me to indulge in my favorite food
I have plenty of time and already got use to the “relaxing” lifestyle. It is good to slow down but I am getting lazy as well. I did not exercise for quite some time because I could not wake up early in the morning. I think I will put on weight very soon….Whatever it is, I just enjoy while I can before I find a job and start to work again.
Hi Cherine,
Slow down doesn’t mean getting lazy. I just read my friend target for Apr, her target is :
1) Have face mask everyday
2) Exercise 20 times, or strentching 20 times
3) Read 4 books, watch 4 DVD or movies
Sometimes, i feel that the lifestyle we have been living is too fast and stressful. The time i feel that i use too much time with my family is last Chinese new year. I went back 2-3 weeks before CNY and my aunt asked me help to buy drinks in supermarket.
I went together with her, i just realized that my aunt is too old to carry drinks by her own. And my last time went to supermarket with her was my Sec 4!!
It was a very meaning CNY for me.
I also start using night time to read a few quote from bible.
Have a great day.

Dear Cherine,
If you are keen and ready, why not join me to swim at Geylang East/Jalan Besar/Kallang pool. I swim almost everyday.
Swimming is a very good form of excerise. It is not too vigorous yet it helps to tone our body.
To all Cherine’s friends:
Anyone of you keen to swim? We can form a group of swimming kaki to start swimming regularly..
